This is from the Pokemon Advanced episode "The Princess and the Togepi." Misty has entomophobia: fear of bugs. So when Coloniel Hansen's Ninjask came out, her look was priceless leaving Max and May dumbfounded. Togepi? It could care less if it was a Shedinja or a Rayquaza, it would befriend it on the spot.
